Our business credit application is available for download so you may print it off and complete it at your convenience. We feel this is a more secure way to transact business with you and protect your credit information at the same time.
Please submit the completed application by fax to 888-583-0401 or by email to info@capitalagreements.com. If, upon review, we need further information we will contact you and address the additional information requested with you on an individual basis.
Normally we can process applications up to $75,000 for standard business and up to $125,000 for medical professionals with only the application and the cover page from the most recent three months business checking account. Our normal process time is 3-5 business days from receipt of all the necessary information.
Below are some additional forms that may be required for multiple partners, members or owners and or structured credit situations. If your business has more than two members or partners please use the Additional Guarantor Release shown below for the additional information. If the company is a closely held business a Personal Financial Statement may also be required.
